Training will include mastering ball control and passing, “ball mastery” techniques, and making quick decisions under pressure.

Special attention will be given to finishing, where players will work on creating chances and making well-timed off-the-ball runs. Through intense 1-on-1 drills, participants will develop dribbling, changes of direction and pace, as well as defensive skills necessary for successful duels.

Training will also include core principles of attack and defense, such as game organization, positioning, pressing the opponent, and team collaboration in both phases of play. The goal of the program is to help players improve their technical abilities and tactical understanding in a dynamic and professional environment, similar to the development stages in the Arsenal academy youth system.
