Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “T&C”) apply to all bookings made for soccer camps organized by Pro – Vision Football Academy d.o.o. By registering for any soccer camp through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Information About Us
Pro – Vision Football Academy is a registered company located at Croatia, Zagreb. We operate football (soccer) camps and courses that provide participants with the opportunity to enhance their soccer skills.
Booking Process
Contract Formation
A contract is formed when we accept your booking for a camp. Confirmation will be sent via email once your payment is processed.
Availability
Bookings are subject to availability. If your preferred camp is full, we will notify you of alternatives.
Pricing and Payment
Course Fees
All prices are in euros. Prices are subject to different camps we organise, but will not affect once booking is confirmed.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via credit/debit card or cash. Payment will be processed upon signing filling up the registration form.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations
To cancel your booking, you must notify us via email at info@provisionfootballdevelopment.com. Cancellation fees are as follows:
Soccer talent ID showcase camp:
- A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the start of the camp.
- A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 14 to 29 days prior to the start of the camp.
- A 20% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the camp.
In all cases of cancellation, an additional €50 administrative fee will be retained by the organizer.
Arsenal camps:
- A 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the camp.
- A 70% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 14 days before the camp.
- A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 7 days before the camp.
In any case of cancellation, the organizer retains an additional €30 for administrative costs.
For all cancellations at any time, a voucher for the full amount can be requested, which is transferable to the next camp organised by Pro – Vision Football Development.
Camp Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule camps for any reason. In the case of cancellation, we will provide a full refund. If rescheduled, you may choose to transfer your booking or receive a refund.
Participant Responsibilities
Health Certification
Participants must inform us of any health conditions that could affect their participation. We reserve the right to exclude any participant if deemed unfit.
Behavior Policy
We prioritize the safety of all participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone displaying disruptive behavior without refund.
Liability
General Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages, including personal injury or property damage, unless caused by our negligence.
Waiver
Participants acknowledge that soccer activities are inherently risky and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
Health Insurance
Basic insurance package will be provided to all participants.
Image Rights
By participating, you consent to the recording and use of your image for promotional purposes by Pro – Vision Football Development.
Image and Videos
All participants will have access to Images and promo Videos from the camps.
Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Croatia.
Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you.
